⏱️ Delivery Times

🧩 Custom Sex Dolls (Made-to-Order):

• Production Time: 3 weeks
• Shipping Time: 7-14 Days

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your custom doll is ready. Some customized dolls might take longer to arrive, but we aim for you to get the doll in 3-4 weeks, tops.

• EU Stock Delivery Time: 2–7 business days
• US Stock Delivery Time: 2–7 business days

Dolls stocked in EU or US storage, but cannot be customized.

🎁 Toys & Adult Products:

• USA & Canada: 2–3 business days
• Rest of World: 5–14 business days

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, you'll get another email with the tracking number. Our couriers provide regular progress and tracking updates. Follow your order status on the order status page.

We accept all major credit cards. If your transaction is not going through, please double-check

• credit card's daily purchase limit
• Your address is the same as in the bank info.
• Your credit card name is correct,
• The number, expiration date, and billing address are all correct.

Toys (orders under $500): JLD ships most orders the same day. Therefore, cancellations are not possible after order confirmation. However, we offer a free 90-day return service. You can return your order for a full refund after receiving it.

Sex Dolls (over $500): You can cancel your custom sex doll order within 24 hours of placement. Email support@joylovedolls.com with your order number, email, and name within 24 hours. A 20% cancellation fee applies, and you will receive an 80% refund. Cancellations are not possible after 24 hours.

Please review your order carefully before submission. Modifications are possible within the first 12 hours for a one-time fee of $79.00. Email us at support@joylovedolls.com for modifications.

After 12 hours, modifications are not possible due to the manufacturing process.

Many of our products are shipped separately due to packaging. For example, if you order sex dolls and a cleaner, they will be sent in different shipments. While they usually arrive together, they might sometimes arrive at different times.

If you need to pick them up at a postal office, provide both shipping numbers. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

For USA, UK, and EU customers, all taxes and customs fees are included in the price.

Exceptions: For CAN, NOR, AUS, SE, SA, and some other countries, import charges and taxes are your responsibility.
