Cancellation Policy

Order processing usually begins within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours, production costs may have already occurred. The following fees apply:

Note:
Once your order enters production, materials and labor costs are incurred.
Orders cannot be canceled once the doll has shipped.


Factory Proof & Customization Confirmation

When your doll is completed, we will send you factory confirmation photos.
You may request small adjustments (e.g. areola color, pubic hair, penis size, standing option) within 48 hours of receiving the factory photos.
If no response is received within 48 hours, your doll will be automatically approved and shipped.


Returnable Items

You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order only if one of the following applies:

  • The item arrived faulty, damaged, or soiled upon delivery

  • You received the wrong doll or wrong model

If you encounter any of the above issues, please contact our Customer Service Center as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a brief description.

If, for any reason, you decide you no longer want the doll, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery for a partial refund of the product cost (shipping and production fees are non-refundable).


Non-Returnable Items

All Seexdoll products are custom-built to order according to each customer’s specifications.
As these are personal, hygienic items, once produced, we cannot resell or restock them. Therefore, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If a doll is damaged after use, we will not provide a replacement but can offer maintenance videos, repair tools, or guidance (a small fee may apply depending on the situation).

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • User-caused damage or misuse

  • Dolls that have been used

  • Minor makeup or color differences

  • Slightly loose eyelashes or small aesthetic imperfections

Important:
All returns must be authorized by the Seexdoll Support Team.
Returns sent without an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will not be accepted.


Returns Process & Time Frame

Please follow these steps carefully to ensure a smooth process:

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Contact our Service Center and provide:

    • Order number

    • Product name or SKU

    • Reason for return (with supporting photos/videos)

  2. Receive RMA Form
    Our customer service team will reply within 24 business hours with your RMA Form and the return address.

  3. Ship the Item Back
    Return the item according to the instructions on the RMA form and send us proof of return (tracking number and valid receipt).

  4. Inspection & Refund
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
    Refunds or exchanges are usually completed within 30 days after receipt.

Refund processing times:

  • Credit Card: 7–14 business days

  • PayPal: within 48 hours


Return Shipping Costs & Address

Please always contact us first to obtain an RMA Form and the correct return address before sending anything back.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., wrong order, change of mind), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

  • If the return is due to Seexdoll’s error or product defect, we will cover the return shipping cost.


Important Notes

  • Unauthorized returns or packages without an RMA will be refused.

  • Once the doll has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or recalled.

  • Minor variations in makeup, skin tone, or body firmness are considered normal and not grounds for return.

  • Always handle and clean your doll according to our care instructions to maintain product quality and hygiene.
